Telcel Mexico selects LocatioNet’s LBS middleware platform and GIS engine to launch Location Based Services in Mexico April 22, 2003 New York City,NY LocatioNet (http://www.locationet.com) announced today that Telcel, Mexico’s leading wireless operator with over 20 million subscribers, has chosen LocatioNet’s LBS middleware platform and GIS engine for the deployment of Location Based Services in Mexico.
