Dr. Michael S. Pliner Dr. Pliner joined JGV the start of 2008. Based in the Bay area of California, Dr. Pliner has 39 years experience in computer software and systems technology, general management, business development and organizational development. Dr. Pliner is an experienced entrepreneur and has started, financed, and built three successful high technology businesses. Currently Dr. Pliner is a consulting entrepreneur serving on the Boards or advisory Boards of several high technology companies. His primary interests are in networking, digital media and enterprise software technologies and applications.
