The two leading partners of the fund, Shlomo Kalish and Ranan Grobman, have been working together for 17+ years through multiple market cycles. Sholomo Kalish and Ranan Grobman have been making investments in Israeli high tech for more than 17 years together.
Shlomo Kalish is a venture industry veteran. He is the founder of Jerusalem Global, and a Managing Partner in Vaizra Investments. Shlomo is a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion and the Jerusalem College of Technology. He has a PhD in Operations Research and a MSc in Business from MIT. Shlomo started his career as an IAF fighter pilot.

Ranan Grobman has been working alongside Shlomo since joining Jerusalem Global in 1999. Besides his investment experience, Ranan has taken up operational roles in Certagon and Roqiya Networks. Before becoming an investor Ranan studied at Yeshivat Mir in Jerusalem.

Daniel Reich has a long and successful career in hedge fund management. He held positions at American Express, ING Furman Selz, JANA Partners, and Harbor Group International. Daniel is a licensed CPA and is a graduate of the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University (where he also served on the Advisory Board).
